Q & A's

Q & A’s

Do my cupcakes need to be stored in the fridge?

No, this is not necessary, cakes are best stored in a cool or room temperature place in their box or you can transfer them to a cake tin.

How long will my cakes stay fresh?

We recommend that our cakes are consumed within 3 days of delivery if you can make them last that long.

Can you cater for large parties and corporate orders?

Yes. We operate under a first-come first-served policy, so it’s always best to book as far in advance as you can.  Our order book is often full in peak seasons and at weekends, so book early to avoid disappointment.

For large events do you arrange the set up at the venue?

Yes we can arrange delivery and set up at your venue for a small charge.  We also have a selection of stands available for hire.  For large events we will consider delivery outside of our normal area.

Where do you deliver to and can I order cakes from abroad?

Our cupcake delivery areas are postcodes NG1 – NG15, NG80 and NG90 in Nottingham. You can order our cupcakes online from another country for delivery to addresses in these areas.

Do you send cupcakes through the post?

No, we hand deliver all of our cakes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

What time will my cakes be delivered?

Standard delivery is between 9am and 4pm Monday to Saturday.

Do you deliver on Sundays or on bank holidays?

No, although by special request we may be able to deliver on a Sunday, for which there will be an additional charge. We do not deliver on bank holidays.

What happens if I’m out when you deliver?

We ask that you ensure that someone will be at the delivery address during the day to accept the cakes. If there is nobody available we will leave your order with a neighbour if possible.  If this is not possible the order will be brought back to our bakery and available for collection.

Is my delivery date guaranteed?

Deliveries can be subject to delays beyond our control but we will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure your delivery takes place as requested.

Where can I find allergen information about the products?

Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles the following allergens: eggs, nuts, mustard, milk, wheat and other cereals containing gluten. For further information about any specific product please get in touch
